If you recently purchased a ceiling cleaning system from Nano Concepts, Charles Werz, or Tim Richardson in Daytona Beach Florida, then learn the truth about these companies and their efforts to get your money. Before its too late!
View mugshots and other interesting facts about this scam.
The damage control machine of Nano Concepts is working overtime. Read below New information and where to buy the Nano Concepts products as they only package and do no manufacture Nano Shield and are only a Re-Seller.!
There is an interesting back story to this new company and how in an attempt to get your money will portray itself as successful. A company that says it will provide you with business and how its sales people and in particular Tim Richardson will tell you how he owns his owns his own successful business in Ohio. He doesn't! In fact the only thing the two may have in common is the fact that they have both filed for bankruptcy in the last year.
After a great sales pitch by someone who doesn't work for Nano Concepts but is a hired gun (contract salesman), your left with the remnants of this Daytona staff which has a 20 something year track record of blaming the purchaser of the products for their failure, instead of helping them along to achieve success .
Here is a copy of an email from show prospect in Dallas Texas.
Hey, > > We were approached by the same company at a trade show, and was just given the initial soft > Sale on this equipment. > > Can I talk to you sometime? Please reply to all on this email.... > > Stuart
Here is a recent comment from a patron from a show in Charlotte NC. Dear Sir,
My husband and I are very interested in purchasing the Nano Concepts business. We went to a franchise show a few weeks ago and we are doing our due-diligence of research on the company.
The company told us there was a person who is doing this in Charlotte part-time, and they did not offer your name so we could contact you. We would like to find out why you are selling your equipment and what was your experience with Nano Concepts.
Please let me know if we could have a phone meeting and perhaps meet for a cup of coffee with us so we can find out your experience…and perhaps buy your franchise…
We appreciate you not pulling any punches about how you feel...and quite frankly the only Nano-Concepts that came up in Charlotte was your ad. So thanks for the links and the name of the old name. We certainly do not want to be involved with such a shady group. And I only skimmed a few things, have not even started all of it.
We were researching the need and the competition in Charlotte. (Very casually) We did not quite get around to finding out about the corporation . … it seemed to not be a proprietary business and what were they charging for? What attracted us originally was Robert Richardson telling us he was a college professor and never did anything like this in his life. (We also did not know anything about maintenance) He also told us that the company supplied leads…which we thought was too good to be true. When Speaking to Charlie W, he told us emphatically we are responsible for our own business leads. That was our first red flag…
Sorry you had such a bad experience….How are the products? Do you think with a good marketing strategy and finding like partners, and purchasing from the source instead of Nano-Concepts there is an opportunity to create a successful business that follows this idea?
Thanks for your help…
Mr Richardson has claimed to be a professor and has told many this to gain trust. However if you look at the complaints dating back to 2001 he was named by someone who is also in the Charlotte area.
They changed the name of the company and put on a fresh face as to run from the numerous complaints. This is in an effort to get your money. It seems that they will continue this scam until they are caught and taken to jail for lying. You the consumer can buy these products directly from the manufacturer. SEE BELOW! Don't be fooled! They provide very little in the way of marketing and the few successful operators that they have are self starters and achieved success without much help at all from Ceiltech. Nano Concepts does little business in the way of service and especially with Nano-Shield because its a very difficult product to sell. After selling it for 4 years, the only testimonial they could put together was a pizza place that they frequent. No hospitals, dental offices, etc. Thats because they don't know how to sell.... AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO TRY AND SELL THIS STUFF? It may sound like the future however talk to the people that they have on video and ask them how many businesses bought Nano shield in the past 2 years. Below, you can find out where to purchase the products directly from the people that actually own the patents. This would be a lot cheaper than investing thousands of dollars to find out that it may not be commercially accepted. The company below will furnish you with brochures, tech support, power point marketing programs, etc. The references that they will give you and portray as successful owners have been the same few people that they have used over the last 5-10 years.
If you want to know the truth about what they promised and what they can deliver then I suggest that you look at the ripoff report under Ceiltech, Charles Werz, Tim Richardson, Freedom Commercial Services and follow the trail of websites and owners across the country that have shut down their business and were left high and dry.
They will not allow you to link your site to Nano-Concepts. Why? Because they would have hundreds of owners with websites that would tell you the truth about Nano-Concepts and Charles Werz.
They have web-meetings and they claim to keep you informed about marketing and new products, however this is all in an effort to lead you to believe that they are on top of their game. The material they use is cut and pasted from marketing books on the web. Not much of what these people do is original. This is a scheme that they know how to perpetuate because they've already done this.
This company cannot deliver and will likely leave you high and dry just like they did with hundreds of owners of the last opportunity they ran away from. After the first web-meeting the callers dwindled down to 3 or 4 people to 0. Thats because these web-meetings offer no real help and nobody bothers to call. The reason they advertise the meetings is in an effort to make you (the new guy buying) believe they are very structured and successful but don't believe it.
They have used the same references to lead you to believe every one of their dealers are successful. These (references) are Scott Kemp, Grace and Moises Gallego, Jim Theid, and several others whom have taken hundreds of calls for Charlie Werz for many years and are compensated for their efforts. The crew in Daytona Beach, Charles Werz, Kathy Miller, Billy Leszewski, will face criminal charges if they continue to manipulate unsuspecting buyers. They sold hundreds and hundreds of people over 27 years, They should be able to provide you with 250 names to choose from. But a new franchise only has to give you the names of the new people. If you ask for the others they will refuse and now your left with a choice. Don't do it.
UPDATE #1 Unsuspecting buyers may not have known the following: You can purchase the antimicrobial products directly from AM 500 in North Carolina or IDA in Jupiter Florida. http://www.slideshare.net/Sculptnudes/am-500-power-point-presentation-socom-edited There are many ceiling cleaning products that are less expensive and far superior than Nano-Clean. One product in particular is a product that can clean the ceilings that the Ceiltech or the Nano Clean formula cannot clean in kitchens, around hoods, smoke damage, etc. This is important because those areas account for the majority of the ceiling cleanings industry business and if you cant properly clean them then you will lose a significant amount of business each year. I highly recommendCaltex Intl. and they have been around for more than 20 years, so the marketing, training and expertise is well established. These guys also are mold remediation experts and are held in high regard with both the ceiling cleaning and mold remediation industries. http://www.caltexinternational.com/Caltex/section/business_opportunities/ceiling_cleaning/
Another ceiling cleaning product very similar to the Ceiltech and now Nano-Clean solution is ICWC which is a reasonable 3k startup and includes their 30 years of expertise and tech support. The solutions are similar however the tech support and training of ICWC far exceeds anything this Daytona crew might conceive. www.ICWC.com
I highly recommend that anyone in the ceiling cleaning industry today, should try Caltex Intl. or at the very least ICWC and see the difference. You certainly wont see shenanigans like the following: Nano Concepts has someone who has presented himself as their marketing Arm. He calls himself Steve Cassidy and on May 15th, 2004 Nano-Concepts published an article by Mr. Cassidy. What the marketing Geniuses at Nano Concepts didn't know was this> When you right click any photo on the internet, Google will search that photo. And here is what we found.
His name is Steve Sewell - Dir Operations - Health,Life Retirement Insurance Agency - Sepulveda Insurance Group - Cumming Georgia. Hes all over the internet as Steve Sewell, so..... why would they mislead you? Sometimes companies or their officers cant change the way they do business and this may be an indication of what one might expect from the new company. More Deception? Nonetheless concerning.!!!!

I recently attended an Expo show for franchises in NJ, I visited a booth for CCIS, Commercial Cleaning Income Systems. It sure sound very much like "Ceitech" I wonder if this is the same individual operating under a different alias company.
Richard claims to be from Ohio, and owns 3 McDonalds all thanks to his CCIS business. He also claims to have a farm in Ohio, he holds two PHD degrees and 5 bachelor’s degrees & has written several books. He is smooth and savvy individual (very convincing), polite and likeable.
The CCIS business offers three system: 1 Interior renovation, 2. Floor safety & 3. Environmental. He claims that only 10 jobs per month, one can generate $10,000 dollars & this is as a part time basis.
He referred me to Vincent Whaley a small business consultant who was supposed to provide an objective opinion on CCIS, however after talking to Vince I was lead to think that Vince is part of Tim's sales pitch.
I am still investigating, if someone has any information about Timothy Richardson from CCIS please share your information, I'm just trying to do my do diligent before engaging into some type of scam.
The Facts Are: Charlie keeps blaming the former president who has a successful and legal business, and hasn't lived in Florida since the early 1990's. The reason Charlie filed the lawsuit was to get out from paying the president of the company $250,000 which is still owed. Charlie Werz could not pursue the lawsuit because he owed the money to the president and the president will look to recoup that money. But Charlie keeps mentioning words like embezzle, fraud, etc. The facts are that this never happened and the case was dismissed and unfounded. see below.

You will also notice that there are many negative comments about nano grip and nano concepts on the internet already from people that were ripped off previously, but 2 positive posts on the site below that endorse Nano grip. These are comments perpetrated by Charlie Werz. This is more manipulation of the truth from a real lowlife who only cares about how much of your money he can get.
Charlie says: November 19, 2013 at 10:50 am I wanted to make the community aware that many of the postings here are the work of xxxx xxxx. He has used the alias’s big daddy, bi daddy, coating, igor, and mark sheely when posting on this forum. xxxxx operates the website for xxx, even though the company itself has been disolved. For full details I recommend going to xxxx dotcom. xxxx became an internet troll to besmirch competitors and hype his business as a marketing technique.
mark sheely says: January 5, 2014 at 1:05 pm don’t believe a word of the November 19 comments from Charlie ,one of the owner’s of the scam posi grip, now called nano grip . I am mark sheely ,one prospect that got sucked into the deal by lies and corrupt people down in Daytona beach. any one that would like the truth of matter, [redacted] beware or you will loose all your investment as I did. mark
Charlie in the above post accused his former partner of trolling the internet in order to besmirch others. The facts are that Charlie has been doing just that: UPDATE #2 In 2013 a complaint was filed with the FBI and Charles Werz was visited by the Daytona Beach Police department according to the detective I spoke with. According to the detective, Charlie was warned that he was very close to cyber-stalking his former partner. According to Detective Tim Ehrenkaufer the officer in that complaint, he is still monitoring Charlies internet activities. Here are a couple of letters from the detective that Mr. Werz claims is untrue. (spelling corrections have not been made from the original email)
From: EhrenkauferT@DBPD.US > To: WilliamsB@DBPD.US > Date: Fri, 26 Apr 2013 07:49:31 -0400 I have researched this issue, which included state and federal statutes. I have visited the sites that contained the information in question and I do not find, that the posted information, violates the essence of the law. According to Florida statue 784.048(1)(d), cyber stalking requires four very specific elements to be met. The first element is that it is directed at a specific person, which it is. The second element is that it is done via electronic means, which it is. The third element is that it causes 'substantial emotional distress', which it may. The final element is that it 'serves no legitimate purpose'. This is where it does not meet the requirements. Whether the circumstances of what Mr. Werz has posted is legitimate or not falls within the realm of civil liability, and therfore law enforcement cannot interject at this point, as it would require us to render an opinion in regards to the civil, legal issues, between the two of you and the company. Not withstanding that fact, I have still placed calls to Mr. Werz to relay the concerns over this issue.
I will continue to monitor this issues and if the circumstances change, I will act accordingly.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Detective Tim Ehrenkaufer
From: EhrenkauferT@DBPD.US > Date: Thu, 2 May 2013 13:07:37 -0400 > Sorry I am out of town at the moment. You can try for an injunction, I am not sure about the requirements, it is handled at the judicial level. If you are able to get one, it would be enforcible.
The complaint is still lodged with the FBI because the last clause in the statute (no legitimate purpose) would satisfy the state and Federal cyber-stalking requirements. It has already been removed from at least 1 state.
The Oregon Court of Appeals, however, did invalidate that state's stalking law on the grounds that the term "legitimate purpose" was unconstitutionally vague.45 The court found that the statute did not tell a person of ordinary intelligence what was meant by the term "legitimate purpose"; therefore, the statute gave no warning as to what conduct must be avoided. The Oregon legislature later revised the statute to remove the phrase.
Mr Werz will try to persuade you that this is libel, however libel by its definition would require these statements to be untrue. They are not untrue and they are not misleading. Mr. Werz is trying to portray himself as legitimate instead of paying the people he took money from that failed! That is the truth those days are over for him as the truth about what he has been doing will now be exposed for everyone to see.
I would be very happy to discuss his use of narcotics, illegal and legal. I have witnessed 1st hand his mumbling, slurring alcoholic ways on more that 1 occasion.
I'm sorry but this is so very pathetic and although you might say how could anyone hand their money to these people? Well, this guy comes off as very convincing until you look a little closer at whats been going on. Some people may have paid these people a lot of money and they they should know how to get their money back! Lets go over what they told you and see if you have cause to recoup any or all money that you gave them.
